In sessions, I am warm, empathic, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I view my clients holistically, as whole, complex human beings, not a set of diagnoses or symptoms. Together, we will work on building skills to take control of your mental health.
I use an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates Person-Centered/Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-Based approaches with my specialized training in exposure-based interventions for anxiety disorders and OCD. My approach focuses on reducing anxiety, increasing self-awareness and understanding of internal experiences to help clients choose a new path forward.
